Job Summary

IIQAF Group is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to support the daily operations of our hospitality venues in Sydney . The Operations Associate ensures smooth workflows, efficient service delivery, and coordination between departments, contributing to high-quality guest experiences .

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in hospitality operations, process coordination, and service management .

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the day-to-day operations of hotels, restaurants, and hospitality services
- Coordinate staff schedules, workflow, and operational tasks
- Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency
- Support inventory management and logistics of food, beverages, and supplies
- Generate reports and maintain accurate operational documentation
- Collaborate with front-of-house, kitchen, and management teams
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains
- Ensure compliance with health, safety,



and hospitality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience as an Operations Associate, Hospitality Coordinator, or Operations Officer
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Background in hotel, restaurant, or catering operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality workplace
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Proficiency with MS Office and hospitality management software

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management or Operations
- Knowledge of inventory control, POS systems, and service standards
- Experience in large-scale hospitality operations
