My client is succession planning and seeking to appoint a senior Commercial & Property Lawyer to join a collegiate, down-to-earth team that values high-quality work and life outside the law.

The Role

You’ll manage complex property & commercial transactions which include:

- Residential and commercial sales and purchases (often high-value, multi-million-dollar transactions)
- Developments and subdivisions
- Advising on contracts of sale, caveats, and related matters
- Negotiating commercial contracts and handling complex files
- Exposure to leasing, and business sales & purchases (ideal but not essential)

What You’ll Bring

- At least 8 years’ post-admission experience in commercial & property law
- Willingness to step into a leadership role either immediately or in the short term




- Strong technical skills in running matters end-to-end
- Confidence supervising junior team members
- A team-oriented, client-focused mindset
