Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

- Architect, design and oversee development of the dexIQ platform.
- Define and maintain system architecture, APIs, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
- Ensure scalability, performance, reliability and security across systems.
- Stay abreast of AI/ML and automation technologies that enhance the product.

Delivery & Quality

- Own technical delivery across sprints and releases, ensuring on‑time and high‑quality outcomes.
- Drive adoption of engineering best practices: CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and documentation.
- Monitor and improve system metrics such as uptime, response time and defect rates.
- Identify and address technical debt and process inefficiencies.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

- Partner with internal teams to understand business needs.
- Translate product requirements into detailed technical plans.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non‑technical stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement & Strategy

- Proactively identify opportunities to improve team processes and platform scalability.
- Contribute to long‑term technical strategy, tool selection and architectural decisions.
- Ensure compliance with data security and finance‑related regulations.

Success Measures (First 12 Months)

- Engineering team operating with clear structure, rhythm and high delivery velocity.




- Platform architecture documented and scalable for the next growth phase.
- Stable, secure, and observable production environment.
- Robust cross‑functional collaboration with Product and operations teams.

Experience & Capabilities

- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- 8–10 years of engineering experience; 3–5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Proven experience managing distributed teams.
- Technical expertise in cloud infrastructure, APIs, microservices, data pipelines and CI/CD.
- Experience in integrating AI/ML or automation systems preferred.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery and modern DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem‑solving skills.
