We’re looking for a senior, hands‑on engineer who has operated at Lead level — someone who has potentially stepped into a Tech Lead or Engineering Manager capacity before and is motivated by the opportunity to blend deep technical ownership with team building and mentorship. Tech-wise, must have:

- Cloud experience (AWS or GCP)
- Solid PostgreSQL knowledge
- Confidence working across the stack in a modern, cloud‑native environment
- Ability to work across a range of other technologies such as Python

- Own critical services and architectural decisions
- Elevate engineering quality, standards, and developer experience
- Collaborate effectively across time zones
