Salary: A$83,489.00-A$100,702.00

Location: Perth, Western Australia, Australia

Join a high-impact program and help shape smarter processes, better systems, and real business change. This is a rapid-moving 3-month contract with strong potential to extend 6–12 months.

The Role

You’ll cut through complexity, analyse business and ICT problems, and turn insights into clear requirements and solution options. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, build process/data models, prepare high-quality documentation, and keep the project moving.

What You’ll Do

- Analyse complex business and ICT issues to guide decisions
- Build and maintain process flows, data models, use cases
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and apply technology
- Present clear recommendations to leadership
- Create reports, requirements,



business cases, and benefits realisation
- Facilitate workshops and user interviews
- Manage project risks, issues and delivery standards
- Support change management and ensure business readiness

What You Bring

- Strong BA experience in large government or corporate environments
- Ability to understand complex systems using UML/RUP
- Sharp analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
