Base Pay Range

A$80,000.00/yr - A$95,000.00/yr

The Roles

- Boutique Manager – Oversee daily operations and performance, lead and inspire a passionate team, drive sales growth, nurture client relationships, uphold visual merchandising standards, manage inventory, and ensure every aspect reflects the brand’s impeccable identity.
- Assistant Boutique Manager – Support the Boutique Manager in all aspects of boutique operations, contribute to team leadership, sales performance, client relationship management, and operational excellence,



play a key role in staff development and ensuring the boutique delivers the highest standards of luxury service.

Skills and Experience

Proven experience in luxury retail, ideally in fine watches or high‑end fashion. Solid understanding of the luxury client journey, ability to build meaningful long‑term relationships, exceptional communication, people management, and commercial acumen. Genuine passion for delivering personalised, world‑class service, polished professional presence, and eye for detail.
