The Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Diploma‑qualified Early Childhood Educator to join the team. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality,
age‑appropriate educational programs for children.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and the broader team.
- Observe, document, and assess children’s learning and development according to centre policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (mandatory)
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
- Current Child Protection training or willingness to obtain prior to commencement
- Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Passionate about early childhood education and committed to fostering positive developmental outcomes for every child
