The Opportunity

This is a hands‑on consulting and delivery role for someone who can bridge business process, technology, and stakeholder leadership.

You’ll work directly with clients to understand how their finance operations function today, identify where automation and AI can deliver meaningful value, and support the delivery of solutions that improve both performance and user experience.

This role will suit someone who is comfortable facilitating discovery workshops and eliciting requirements in addition to managing scope, delivery risks, and implementation outcomes. It is not a role for someone who wants to simply document and coordinate. It is for someone who wants to help clients rethink how work should happen, and then lead that change through to execution.

You’ll work closely with customer stakeholders, technology partners, and internal consultants to deliver solutions that are commercially astute, operationally practical, and technically robust.

Your Impact

You will:





- Act as a functional authority on BTP’s AI-powered automation platform
- Contribute your finance subject matter expertise to uplift operational performance for finance teams
- Facilitate workshops to understand current‑state processes, pain points, and future‑state opportunities
- Lead discovery and requirements elicitation for functional and non‑functional needs
- Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements for delivery and development teams
- Manage end-to-end project delivery , including scope, schedule, milestones, budget, and resourcing
- Coordinate across customer, partner, and internal teams to drive high‑quality execution
- Analyse and improve finance and operational processes with a focus on automation suitability and business value
- Support the design and implementation of end-to-end automation solutions
- Ensure outcomes remain aligned to client expectations, business priorities, and measurable value
- Champion AI adoption, platform innovation, and continuous improvement
- Contribute to the growth of BTP’s delivery capability, methods, and managed services offering

About You

You bring a combination of analytical rigour, consulting maturity, and delivery confidence . You know how to move between big‑picture business challenges and the detailed work required to solve them.

You are likely to have:

- 5+ years’ experience in business analysis , technical consulting , or technology project delivery




- Experience managing technical or IT projects in complex stakeholder and systems environments
- Strong capability in requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation, and process mapping
- Experience with Agile ways of working and broader project delivery methodologies
- (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred)
- Deep understanding of process optimisation and automation opportunity assessment
- Strong grounding in RPA concepts , workflow tools, and document processing solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including client‑facing documentation and presentations
- Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and the ability to bring structure to ambiguity
- Confidence working across customer stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical specialists
- Understanding of key transactional finance and supply chain processes , such as:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Supply Chain & Logistics
- Related back‑office and operational workflows
- Practical understanding of how AI can be applied across the document processing and automation lifecycle

Highly Desirable

- Finance transformation experience underpinned by automation
- Experience with UiPath/RPA, Intelligent document processing (ABBYY or other), workflow, AI
- Exposure to managed services, continuous improvement, or post‑implementation environments
- Industry domain experience in Healthcare, Retail/Distribution, Construction

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business or a related field (mandatory)
- Qualifications in Business Analysis or Project Management (desirable)
