We’re growing and looking for an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join our Activations team at Dashing. If you thrive in fast paced environments, love premium retail activations, and enjoy being at the centre of outstanding work, this could be for you.

THE ROLE

You’ll lead a portfolio of retail and brand activation clients, owning relationships, driving momentum, and turning briefs into standout real world experiences.

You are the central hub. Confident with clients, sharp on detail, calm under pressure, and always thinking a few steps ahead.

From sampling and experiential through to VM, print, and large scale activations, you’ll manage multiple campaigns at once and make it all feel seamless.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Leading strategic client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
- Owning full lifecycle delivery across retail and brand activations
- Identifying growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Managing budgets, WIPs, and campaign timelines
- Partnering closely with Creative, Production, and Install teams
- Being hands on with site visits, installs, and key milestones
- Keeping everything proactive, solutions focused, and on track

ABOUT YOU

- 5 -7+ years experience in account management within retail, print, or activations
- Strong exposure to POS, VM, fabrication, and activation delivery
- Confident working with materials such as timber, metal, and acrylic
- Commercially minded, organised, and clear under pressure
- A natural relationship builder who enjoys working with people
- Comfortable working at pace in an environment where no two days are the same
