What you'll be doing

From day one, you will play an important role in supporting a sophisticated SMSF client base while continuing to develop your advisory capability.

Your work will include

- Reviewing SMSF financial statements and tax returns
- Working closely with clients on technical matters
- Participating in strategy meetings




- Managing workflow with offshore support teams
- Reviewing work completed by junior staff
- Mentoring and developing team members
- Becoming a trusted adviser to clients rather than simply their accountant

About you

You already have strong Australian SMSF experience and enjoy solving problems for clients, not just completing tax returns.

We're looking for someone who has

- Experience preparing and reviewing SMSF accounts and tax returns
- Strong Australian tax knowledge
- A genuine interest in client relationships
- Initiative and accountability
- Leadership potential

Experience with advanced SMSF strategies, pensions or estate planning is advantageous but not essential.
