Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications and current registration under the National Health Professions Registrations Act
- Broad generalist nursing experience in acute and aged care
- Knowledge of the Aged Care Standards and ability to provide evidence based and clinically effective aged care
- Good communication skills and a commitment to teamwork
- Demonstrated commitment to establishing a continuum of care model for patients and residents
- Commitment to providing high-quality, safe, and person-centred care
- Proven understanding of the role and value of healthcare organisations in a rural environment (desirable)
