An exciting opportunity exists for a Senior Associate to join a supportive Private Business Tax & Advisory team within a leading qualified services firm. About the Role

As a Senior Associate in our Adelaide office, you will work with business leaders facing various challenges throughout their business lifecycle. From managing daily operations and compliance to navigating competitive landscapes and planning exit strategies, you will help deliver agile, authentic, and personalized client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accounts and various returns for a diverse client base:
- Tax returns
- BAS
- FBT

- Build and maintain positive client relationships
- Provide tax and accounting advice to clients
- Monitor compliance requirements
- Review work of junior team members
- Provide development, coaching,



and mentoring to team members

Required Skills and Experience

- Qualification(s) in Business/Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or relevant professional/overseas qualification(s)
- CA qualification (completed or in progress)
- Significant experience in business and tax advisory within a chartered accounting environment
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellence in written and verbal communication
- Client‑focused approach with commitment to exceptional service
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing deadlines
- 9‑day fortnight with no salary reduction
- Flexible working arrangements including work from home options
