Onboarding Operations Specialist – 9 Month Contract

Location: Sydney, NSW (Onsite Role, No WFH)

Contract Length: 9 Months (with potential extension)

This role is part of a high-energy, people-first team that produces impactful onboarding experiences for new hires across APAC. If you’re highly organized, tech-savvy, and thrive in fast-paced environments, we’d love to hear from you.

- Own the end-to-end registration and attendance tracking for onboarding events
- Schedule training sessions, manage logistics, and respond to queries via email/Slack
- Create and assign onboarding events and learning courses for each cohort
- Deliver clear and consistent communication using tools like Marketing Cloud and Slack
- Maintain calendars, collateral, and event tracking systems
- Set up virtual or in-person training spaces and provide concierge-level support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision

What You’ll Bring:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Marketing Cloud or similar platforms (highly desirable)
- Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and independently manage tasks
- Project coordination or program management experience a plus
- A proactive mindset and solution-oriented approach to challenges
