TA & HR Manager @Spanian’s kebabs (Secretly a Foodie)

We’re looking for a driven , organised , and creative Senior Product Manager who can take an idea and turn it into reality — from concept and planning, through to permits, legal requirements, production, launch, and ongoing refinement.

In this role, you’ll oversee the entire product lifecycle. You’ll work closely with the CEO, talent, collaborators, and partners to deliver high‑impact projects that meet customer needs and support business growth. While this role sits within the entertainment industry, prior experience in this field is not essential — what matters most is your ability to plan, execute, and deliver.

Weekend work may occasionally be required to support the CEO, production schedules, or project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate ideas and take full ownership of the product lifecycle — from concept to launch and beyond.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple product and project streams between the CEO and their roster of talent, collaborators, and partners.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful, on‑time outcomes.
- Navigate permits, compliance, and legal obligations as required for each project.
- Develop and maintain documentation,



product roadmaps, reports, and progress updates.
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies early, implementing proactive solutions to keep projects moving.
- Ensure all products and initiatives align with overall business objectives, brand standards, and long‑term strategy.
- Work ahead of problems — anticipating blockers and taking a practical, solutions‑first approach.

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in end‑to‑end product or project management.
- Someone who knows or is willing to go the extra mile and research the legalities and processes for executing a product.
- Entertainment or media industry experience is highly regarded, but absolutely not essential.
- Formal qualifications in Product Management or Project Management are highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously — from planning and execution through to delivery and review.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident decision‑maker with the ability to influence, collaborate, and drive outcomes.
- Someone who is a proactive, solutions‑focused individual who takes ownership, builds trust, and gets things done!
