EC Controls is growing, and we’re on the lookout for a talented BMS Project Manager / Project Engineer to join our high-performing team in Silverwater.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll take ownership of end-to-end BMS project delivery , including:

- Coordination across builders, consultants, and trades
- You’ll help deliver smart, energy-productive buildings across commercial, education, healthcare, and government sectors

What You Bring

- 3–5+ years in BMS, HVAC controls, or building automation
- Experience with open protocols (BACnet, Modbus)
- Exposure to platforms like Schneider EcoStruxure, Tridium/Niagara, or Optergy
- Strong engineering, diagnostic, and problem- solving skills
- Confident communication and stakeholder management




- Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings and control schematics
- Electrical trade qualifications, engineering degrees, multi-vendor experience, or knowledge of NABERS / Green Star
