Role type: Full Time hybrid role for an Injury Management Advisor in the Compulsory Third Party scheme. Our client is an International Insurer.
This is a rewarding role with the prospect to positively influence and assist individuals who have sustained an injury following a motor vehicle accident.
Responsibilities
- Review treatment, rehabilitation and care needs to support an individual’s recovery progress
- Support, coach and upskill claims team to effectively manage injuries and guide them to best practice claims management
- Liaise and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including medical and rehab professionals to assist with recovery progress
- Implement strategies for successful return to work and function
- Understand and apply legislative requirements
Qualifications / Skills
- Previous experience and qualifications in injury rehabilitation or allied health. Experience in CTP or insurer settings is preferred
- Leadership skills including coaching/training ability
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage and have a positive influence
- Exceptional time management
- Positive attitude, able to work collaboratively and in a team
This role is primarily located in Parramatta, NSW, with flexibility for some remote work.
