We are seeking a Sourcing Specialist with a proven track record in identifying and engaging with a talent from blue collar industries to join our HVAC RPO client on a 12 month fixed term contract.

About the Role

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies to identify and attract talent such as technicians and other blue collar related roles. You will leverage your expertise in various sourcing channels and techniques to build a strong pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for a variety of blue collar roles.
- Utilize various sourcing channels including online databases, social media platforms, professional networks, and industry events
- Screen candidates to assess their qualifications and suitability for open positions
- Engage passive candidates and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)




- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand their specific requirements
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and talent market insights

Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting blue collar professionals
- Proven ability to utilize various sourcing channels and techniques
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
