A little brief of the role:

This is a hands‑on, high‑energy recruitment role where no two days look the same. You’ll be recruiting at scale, building talent pipelines nationwide and working with a passionate, driven team committed to creating real outcomes for youth and disadvantaged communities.

What you’ll be doing:

- Owning end-to-end recruitment across multiple locations nationally
- Manage a team of recruiters across states
- Driving innovative, creative hiring campaigns that cut through the market
- Running daily group interviews and one-on-one interviews
- Headhunting and proactively sourcing top talent
- Partnering with leaders to deliver rapid,



quality hiring outcomes
- Managing offers, negotiations and onboarding
- Keeping recruitment processes sharp, organised and moving
