Consultant/Senior Consultant – Banking – Wealth Management

Responsibilities

- Conduct research, data collection, and analysis of the client’s needs and issues through interviews and workshops, translating requirements into well‑formulated solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations using business proposals and presentation decks.
- Document the project in systems and processes for management review.
- Maintain close interaction with clients via regular project updates and networking.
- Support team members with other project activities.

Additional Responsibilities for Experienced Candidates

- Independently drive the success of a work stream, directing activities and ensuring high‑quality deliverables and timely submission.
- Manage a team of consultants by defining work packages, overseeing activities, and providing mentorship.
- Participate in business development activities, including topic development, proposal preparation, sales presentations, and contract negotiation.
- Conduct interviews and workshops with clients to translate their requirements into well‑formulated solutions.





Job Requirements

- 3–6 years of experience in the banking, technology, and/or consulting industry.
- Good understanding of core banking processes and products.
- Experience in risk and compliance business areas.
- AU Wealth Management experience.
- Track record of delivering transformation projects within technology.
- Capability to apply technology principles to business.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Highly analytical and structured problem‑solving skills; ability to quickly understand complex situations.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with clients and colleagues.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and team leadership skills.
