We’re now looking for a Senior Functional Consultant to lead the delivery of transformative Salesforce solutions and help our clients achieve meaningful outcomes—especially as we deepen our expertise in Agentforce and AI-driven service experiences.

Must-haves

- 3+ Salesforce certifications (Sales and Service Cloud Consultant are essential)





- Strong background in business analysis and facilitating client workshops

- Proven ability to identify and propose multiple tailored solutions

- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and implementation best practices

- Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders

Bonus points if you

- Have experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

- Are familiar with Agentforce and passionate about its potential to revolutionise customer service

- Have worked in Agile teams (especially with Scrum)

- Use data to drive insights and value-added recommendations
