The role

We’re looking for a Senior Associate to join our Work Health & Safety team in Sydney. The role involves working closely with Michael Tooma, a leading Australian health and safety practitioner, to advise on safety‑related matters and to develop and implement compliance systems. The Associate will also investigate psychosocial incidents, assess workplace culture, and proactively implement mental‑health and well‑being programs.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Michael Tooma on safety‑related advisory work, including work health & safety, anti‑terrorism, product safety, and security compliance issues.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance systems for clients.
- Investigate psychosocial incidents and workplace culture, and proactively design and deliver mental‑health and wellbeing programs.

We're looking for someone

- Experience as a Senior Lawyer.
- Some Work Health & Safety law experience.
- A genuine passion for Work Health & Safety.
