Tyndale Christian School is seeking an inspiring and experienced educational leader to join our Senior School Leadership Team as Deputy Head of Senior School. This pivotal role supports operational leadership across the Senior School championing teaching and learning across academic, spiritual, social, and emotional domains. The Deputy Head of Senior School works collaboratively with the Head of Senior School and fellow Deputy Head of Senior School to cultivate a thriving learning community grounded in Christian faith and excellence in education. This includes leading initiatives that enhance student outcomes through evidence-based practices, data analysis, and the ongoing development of staff capability. The role also encompasses co-leadership of professional learning, curriculum innovation, student wellbeing, and the integration of educational technologies that support 21st-century learning. The successful candidate will have a robust personal faith and a coaching approach to leading others.
