Tait Auto Group is seeking a full time experienced Parts Interpreter / Service Advisor within our Tait Toyota St George Branch. We welcome applications from experienced staff as well as those seeking a career change, as all on-the-job training is provided. (School leavers are encouraged to apply). The role involves working across both the Toyota and Ford/Nissan branches.
Responsibilities include: identifying parts and components for customer requirements, assisting customers both in person and over the phone, preparing and dispatching customer quotes and invoices, and building customer loyalty to grow our current customer base.
Requirements include: experience as a Parts Interpreter or in a similar role within the automotive or agricultural industry, a current Driver's Licence, a current Forklift Ticket, excellent communication skills, accuracy, computer literacy, and physical fitness to lift heavy items.
