About the Role
As Food & Beverage Supervisor at Esplanade Hotel Fremantle, you'll play a hands‑on role in delivering exceptional guest experiences across our vibrant outlets. You'll lead, train and coordinate our F&B; team while maintaining the high service standards our guests expect, all within one of Fremantle's most iconic hotels.

Key Responsibilities

- Anticipate and attend to guest needs immediately, delivering superior food and beverage service across all outlets.
- Supervise, train and coordinate food and beverage attendants and team leaders.
- Manage rosters and timesheets, ensuring efficient scheduling across multiple outlets.
- Mix a range of sophisticated cocktails and beverages to established hotel standards.
- Maintain full knowledge of the hotel's food and beverage policies, procedures and product range.
- Ensure all areas are stocked and maintained in accordance with established par levels.
- Uphold all Workplace Health & Safety (WH&S;) guidelines and cashiering procedures.
- Protect and maintain all operating equipment and ensure a clean, safe working environment.
- Complete all assigned opening and closing duties and attend all scheduled meetings.
- Provide assistance to other departments or outlets when required.

What You'll Bring

- Proven experience in a food and beverage supervisory role,



ideally within a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team in a fast‑paced, multi‑outlet setting.
- Strong product knowledge across food and beverage, including cocktail preparation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for guest service.
- Confidence managing rosters, timesheets and day‑to‑day operations.
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
- Flexibility across mornings, evenings and weekends.
