About Your New Role

- A structured 12‑month program to allow for learning and development.
- Initial 12 weeks of graduate intensive training, including an extensive introduction to Concentric and working in the NDIS Allied Health Space.
- A Supervisor to help you navigate your new role, with weekly supervision, supporting you every step of the way.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

- Completed Bachelor and/or Masters degree in Speech Pathology.
- Full SPA Registration (or eligible on graduation).
- Valid Australian driver’s licence and access to a car.
- Unrestricted Australian work rights.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
