Senior Tech Lead (Delivery focused)

A large enterprise organisation is seeking a Senior Tech Lead to drive end-to‑end technical delivery across its digital programs. You’ll own the technical workstream within a broader project team, leading delivery of enterprise application changes that are on time, within budget, and built to last.

What you’ll be doing

- Lead end-to-end technical delivery across multiple enterprise application work streams
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and Tech Leads to plan schedules, allocate technical work, and manage resourcing
- Own release management and oversee development and production environments
- Identify and manage technical risks, driving mitigation strategies in conjunction with the PM
- Lead data migration activities and ensure quality standards are met throughout
- Manage IT vendor and partner relationships




- Provide progress reporting and support change governance processes
- Support recruitment and onboarding of technical team members

What you’ll need

- 10+ years of .NET development experience
- 2+ years in a technical delivery or lead role
- Experience with complex enterprise IT landscapes - on-premise and hybrid cloud
- Hands‑on CI/CD pipeline development and management
- Proven technical leadership of multi-functional teams
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills

12 month contract – day rate ranging between $1,100 to $1,200 (inc super) per day.

Hybrid working arrangements from Sydney CBD (3 in office / 2 from home)
