We are advising a multi-strategy principal investing firm deploying long-term balance sheet capital into exciting international investment opportunities.
The firm is building out its senior finance capability and seeks an exceptional technical accountant at Senior Manager / Director level—someone who has operated within a highly sophisticated transaction environment and understands the mechanics of capital at scale.
- This is not a reporting role. It is a platform-building mandate.
The appointed individual will work directly with a former Global CFO of a leading international investment banking platform, supporting complex transaction execution while helping architect a best‑in‑class finance function.
The Mandate
- Technical accounting leadership across complex investments, disposals, restructurings and carry structures
- Preparation of robust position papers and transaction memos
- Oversight of investment postings, intercompany,
consolidations and control integrity
- Input into structuring of recent vehicles and transactions
- Development of scalable systems, governance and automation
The Profile
- Senior Manager / Director calibre from a top‑tier investment banking, principal investing or infrastructure platform
- Deep technical authority combined with commercial judgement
- Calm, analytical and credible with senior stakeholders
- Motivated by building, not maintaining
