You'll take accountability for infrastructure platforms, end-user services and IT service management, ensuring availability, security and continuous improvement across the organisation.

Leading a team of infrastructure and service delivery professionals, this role blends strategic ownership with hands-on operational oversight, vendor management and people leadership.

About the Role

- Own the design, delivery and ongoing operation of hybrid infrastructure and cloud platforms.
- Lead infrastructure strategy, roadmap planning and platform governance initiatives.
- Ensure availability, performance and reliability of systems supporting critical business operations.
- Oversee security, patching, backup and disaster recovery practices across infrastructure services.
- Drive effective IT service management, including incident, problem and change management.
- Lead,



mentor and develop infrastructure and service management teams.
- Manage vendor relationships, service delivery performance and commercial outcomes.
- Support application and platform upgrades, enhancements and current technology implementations.
- Maintain documentation, operational standards and knowledge bases across infrastructure platforms.

About You

- Proven Infrastructure & Operations Manager or senior infrastructure leader.
- Strong technical background across Microsoft infrastructure, virtualisation and networking.
- Experience leading hybrid environments spanning on-prem and cloud platforms.
- Demonstrated success managing IT operations, service management and platform availability.
- Confident people leader with experience mentoring multi-disciplinary technical teams.
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, vendors and external partners.
- Well-versed in IT service management frameworks and operational best practice.
- Strong understanding of security, risk management and infrastructure governance.
- Able to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational accountability.
