Job Description
As Director Relationships, you'll drive SME growth through a relationship‑focused approach to business banking, opening new doors and creating momentum by identifying and pursuing new business. Focus your time on market origination and supporting your team in structuring and closing complex deals.
Responsibilities
- Independently addressing the financial needs of businesses with a pragmatic approach
- Staying abreast of economic trends and their impact on businesses
- Building robust relationships with both customers and business partners
- Championing teamwork and collaborative problem‑solving
- Crafting and implementing best practice relationship models for our valued SME customers
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in commercial banking, credit, or related fields
- Proficiency in credit writing and financial analysis
- Self‑starter with a proven ability to build networks and partner with brokers
- Collaborative team player with a curious mindset
- Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese highly regarded
