About Your New Role | Key Responsibilities

As the Grid Connection & Power Quality Sales Manager , you’ll be responsible for building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, and managing the full sales cycle for grid connection and power quality solutions across Australia. Reporting to a Global Sales Director, you will:

- Drive business development with utilities, EPCs, developers, and regulatory bodies
- Shape strategic go-to-market plans and sales growth initiatives
- Deliver solutions that meet Australian regulatory and technical standards
- Represent the company at industry forums and events
- Lead the preparation of tenders, proposals, and commercial documentation
- Maintain and report on a strong sales pipeline

Skills & Experience

We’re looking for someone with:

- 5+ years of experience in the Australian energy sector
- Robust technical knowledge of grid connection and power quality requirements (AEMO, DNSPs, NER, etc.)
- A well-established network across utilities, developers, EPCs,



and regulatory bodies
- Proven success in B2B technical sales or business development
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- A degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (preferred)
