The Role

We’re seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to drive strategic growth across digital channels, lead generation, and brand development. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will own the digital roadmap and build a scalable marketing function that delivers measurable results.

Key Priorities

- Revitalising SEO/SEM and expanding paid social and PPC
- Building a future‑first digital funnel strategy - for more effective lead generation opportunities
- Enhancing CRM and website performance, leveraging automation and AI
- Structuring the right mix of in‑house, offshore, and agency resources
- Driving brand awareness in emerging categories like internet and solar

About You

You’re a strategic,



hands‑on marketer with a track record of scaling digital functions and delivering commercial outcomes. You thrive in fast‑paced environments and are comfortable working with a blank canvas.

Key Experience Needed

- High‑volume B2C lead generation and performance marketing
- Managing multi‑million‑dollar ad budgets
- SEO, SEM, PPC, and paid social expertise
- CRM and marketing automation (Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar)
- Experience in energy, insurance, e‑commerce, or call centre‑driven funnels
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
- Entrepreneurial mindset or agency background highly regarded
