We are looking for a motivated and reliable person to join our team as an Apprentice Flooring Installer.
This is a great prospect to learn a skilled trade while working with an experienced flooring team across a wide variety of residential and commercial projects.
About the role
You will receive on-the-job training in the installation of a range of flooring products, including carpet, vinyl, hybrid and timber flooring, as well as subfloor preparation.
Your day-to-day work will include assisting experienced installers, preparing job sites, handling flooring products and materials, learning installation techniques and developing the skills required to become a qualified flooring installer.

We are looking for someone who:
- Is reliable, punctual and willing to work
- Enjoys practical, hands-on work
- Takes pride in doing a job properly
- Is physically fit and comfortable with an active role
- Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn
- Can work well as part of a team
- Has good communication and presentation
- Holds a current driver’s licence or is working towards obtaining one
No previous flooring experience is necessary. What matters most to us is finding someone with the right attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.
