Our platform connects strategy to structure and the work people do, providing clarity of vision so organizations can build a more adaptable, higher-performing enterprise in a constantly changing world of work.

The world’s largest and best-known enterprises and consulting firms use Orgvue to visualize and model current and future organizational states, enabling faster, more informed decision-making. Orgvue is headquartered in the United Kingdom, with offices in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Australia.

About the role:

As a Partner Success Manager, you will help our strategic partners maximise the value of their relationship with Orgvue by enabling them to successfully deliver workforce transformation, organisational design and workforce planning projects using the platform.

This role is ideally suited to individuals with a background in workforce transformation, organisation design, HR transformation, workforce planning or management consulting who enjoy helping consulting teams solve complex client challenges through a combination of technology, data and advisory expertise.

A key aspect of the role is partnering directly with consulting teams throughout the project lifecycle, acting as a trusted advisor to help them leverage Orgvue effectively, solve complex client challenges and deliver high-quality outcomes. You will play a key role in helping our partners mature their Orgvue capabilities and expand the scale and impact of Orgvue-enabled engagements.

You will also collaborate closely with our Product team to provide feedback that enhances the platform and with our Sales team to identify opportunities to grow Orgvue's footprint through our partner ecosystem.

When not working directly with partners, you will contribute to initiatives that help build, scale and continuously improve the services, assets and support available to our wider partner community.
