About the Role

We are seeking an industry experienced and motivated Joinery Project Manager / Detailer to join our growing team. Whether you are new to this role or looking at getting off the tools and into the office, this is an exciting opportunity to manage and detail high-end residential joinery. You will be responsible for site measures, preparation of accurate shop drawings using Cab Master, manufacturing details to the highest quality standards and ordering of materials.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple joinery projects simultaneously.

Produce detailed shop drawings, CNC-ready files, and manufacturing documentation.

Ordering of materials.

Interpret architectural drawings and specifications to develop accurate joinery details.

Liaise with builders and subcontractors.

Conduct site visits, measure-ups, and attend project meetings.

Resolve design and construction issues proactively.

Ensure all detailing and construction methods comply with quality, safety, and industry standards.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

Experience and/or knowledge with Cab Master & Ezy Nest or similar computer program.

Previous experience in joinery & installation is preferred.

Strong knowledge of residential joinery construction methods.

Ability to read, interpret, and develop shop drawings.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Experience working closely with builders, architects, and clients.

Understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and hardware systems.

A current driver's licence.
