We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic learner who is excited about commencing their career in Early Childhood Education and Care.
This is a great opportunity to gain a qualification whilst working in a most rewarding profession. As this is a traineeship position, no other previous experience is necessary. This qualification is fully funded by the employer and you will be provided with regular study time during your roster.
The Cert III Traineeship is a 18 month program and further career opportunities may be available to successful applicants.

The successful candidate must:
- need a great work ethic and committed to completing the course as well as caring for young children
- be willing to be part of a team and show enthusiasm
- Demonstrate a passion for working with children and caring to their needs
- Create a supportive, stimulating and secure learning environment for the children, and
- Develop positive and caring relationships with the children and their families.
The suitable applicant will complete a Certificate III in Children's Services whilst they gain hands on practical experience and mentoring from the existing team of educators.
