The Opportunity

We’re expanding and are looking for motivated professionals to join our growing team.

Whether you’re an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Technicians, Air Conditioning Installers, Service Technicians, Lead Technicians, Apprentices or Estimators you’ll work on a diverse range of commercial projects and residential while developing your skills alongside a supportive and experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your experience and role, your responsibilities may include:

- Installing, servicing, maintaining and repairing commercial air conditioning refrigeration systems or residential air conditioning.

- Installing split systems, ducted systems, cassette units, VRV/VRF systems, package units and ventilation equipment.

- Installing, servicing and troubleshooting commercial refrigeration equipment, including cool rooms, freezer rooms, display cabinets, ice machines and supermarket refrigeration rack systems.





- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently while maintaining high workmanship standards.

- Commissioning new equipment and ensuring systems operate to manufacturer specifications.

- Installing refrigerant pipework, condensate drainage, ductwork, cable containment, supports and associated components.

- Performing pressure testing, evacuation, refrigerant charging and commissioning in accordance with industry best practices.

- Reading construction drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams and equipment documentation.

- Completing digital job reports, service records and compliance documentation.

- Maintaining a safe, organised and professional work environment while complying with WHS requirements.

- Communicating professionally with clients, builders, consultants and other trades on site.

- Representing Cooling Systems professionally and maintaining our reputation for quality workmanship.

Additional Responsibilities (Lead Technicians)

- Leading and mentoring apprentices and junior technicians.

- Planning daily site activities and coordinating project deliveries.

- Maintaining quality control and ensuring projects are completed on time.

- Providing technical support and fault-finding assistance to the wider team.

- Liaising with project managers, clients and suppliers.

Essential Requirements





- Certificate III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.

- Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling License.

- Minimum 3 years HVAC/R industry experience is preferred

- Current Australian Driver License.

- Experience with split, ducted, VRV/VRF, and commercial HVAC installations.

- Strong understanding of installation practices and Australian Standards.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

- Australian citizenship / or valid visa with full time working rights
