Our client is a market leader within the residential building industry, based over multiple states in Australia.
Due to an upswing in growth, they are now recruiting for an additional Production Draftsperson to join their established team of professionals, based on the South Side of Brisbane. You will be professionally competent in the use of ArchiCAD and have 3+ years drafting experience working for a Project Home builder in a drafting capacity. You will be accurate, have an eye for detail and happy to work in a faced paced environment.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)
- Provide Contract Drawings & Construction Drawings within allocated time frames
- Produce/maintain standardised master drawings & structural designs
- Detailed analysis of all prelim information to produce accurate sittings
- Support Sales, Estimating & Drafting where needed
- Liaising with clients, Supervisors, Councils etc
