About SWSC

SWSC provides skilled window, solar panel, gutter and exterior cleaning services for homes and businesses across the Surf Coast and Geelong. We pride ourselves on friendly service, safe work practices, and top-quality results.

The Role

You’ll deliver sparkling results for residential and commercial clients, working independently or in a small team. Typical shifts are weekdays starting from 8am from Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities

- Clean internal/external windows, glass doors, mirrors, tracks and screens
- Work the water pole work and traditional squeegee methods
- Solar panel cleaning and basic exterior wash-downs (e.g., facias)
- Light ladder work and safe roof-access tasks (where trained/authorised)
- Job set-up/pack-down, vehicle loading, care of equipment and PPE




- Follow SWSC safety procedures and complete simple job notes/photos on a mobile device that will be provided on shift.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service and represent SWSC on-site

Must-Have Requirements

- Current National Police Check (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC – Employee, VIC) (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Valid Australian driver licence and reliable transport
- Physical capacity to lift/carry equipment and work on ladders for periods of time
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a tidy, courteous manner

Nice-to-Haves (Advantageous)

- Prior window/solar/gutter cleaning or facilities/maintenance experience
- Working at Heights accreditation, EWP licence, or construction White Card
- First Aid (HLTAID011)
