Are you an experienced early childhood leader ready to make a genuine impact? We are seeking an inspiring and motivated Centre Director to lead our beautiful service.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader who thrives on building robust teams, maintaining exceptional quality, and creating a welcoming environment where children, families and educators flourish.

You'll be supported by an experienced Area Manager and a collaborative leadership team, giving you the autonomy to lead your centre while having the support you need to succeed.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead the day-to-day operations of the service as Centre Director and Nominated Supervisor.

Inspire, mentor and develop a high-performing team of educators.

Foster a positive, inclusive and supportive workplace culture.

Build strong relationships with children, families and the local community.

Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework, Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations, and all relevant legislation.

Drive continuous quality improvement and work towards Exceeding outcomes.

Oversee staffing, rosters, occupancy, enrolments and centre performance.

Maintain a safe, engaging and high-quality learning environment for every child.

Work collaboratively with the Area Manager to achieve operational and educational goals.

About You

To be successful you will have:

Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).

Current ACT Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Registration.

Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.

Previous experience as a Centre Director, Assistant Director or experienced Educational Leader ready to step into a leadership role.

Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, National Regulations and Early Years Learning Framework.
