We are looking for a highly driven and motivated person to join our team as a Service Manager / Front of House Manager.

As our Service Manager / Front of House Manager, you will report directly to the Dealer Principal and join a agile and supportive management team. This management role incorporates a strong focus on workshop efficiency and productivity, whilst maintaining a strong team culture and delivering our customers a premium service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manufacturer and OEM Relations
- Management of Service Advisors




- Overseeing accurate and timely paperwork completion
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

The suitable candidate will possess the following skill set:

- A friendly, confident manner and outgoing personality
- Very Strong Customer Focus
- Strong organisational and time management skills with an attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lead and support a team
- Ability to liaise with external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability and desire to work as a part of a team
