Mitre 10 Beenleigh (Locally Owned & Operated) is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to join our Nursery team.

Position: Nursery Team Member

Employment Type: Casual

Shifts: Late starts (10:00am–6:00pm weekdays) and Saturdays

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality customer service with a positive, proactive approach
- Assist customers with product selection and general nursery advice
- Perform manual lifting and handling tasks
- Replenish stock, ensuring shelves are well presented and ticketed
- Follow all safety procedures and processes
- Maintain general housekeeping standards within the Nursery area

About You

- Experienced in nursery operations and plant care (essential)
- A reliable team player with a solid work ethic
- Well-presented, motivated, and customer-focused
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual lifting
- Competent in basic numeracy and literacy
- Able to follow instructions and work efficiently
- Committed to safe work practices
