Join Our Rural Health Team

The Eyre and Far North Local Health Network is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Nurses / Midwives to join our team at Cleve Hospital on a casual basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive rural healthcare environment where you can make a genuine difference to the local community while broadening your clinical experience across a diverse range of services.

As a Registered Nurse/Midwife Level 1, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to support positive patient outcomes.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

- Deliver safe and effective nursing and/or midwifery care
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
- Support patients, families and carers through education and advocacy
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals and services
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Provide support and guidance to students, Enrolled Nurses and less experienced staff
- Contribute to a positive and respectful workplace culture

Essential Requirements

- Registered or eligible for registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Current practising certificate
- Strong communication, problem-solving and teamwork skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to person-centred care and continuous professional development
