The Role

You'll play a key role in delivering commercial electrical projects while remaining hands on on site.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and mentoring electricians and apprentices
- Coordinating daily site activities and allocating work




- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and specifications
- Overseeing installations, fit off, testing and commissioning
- Maintaining high safety and quality standards
- Liaising with Site Supervisors, Project Managers and other trades
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification

What We're Looking For

- NSW Electrical Licence
- Previous Leading Hand experience, or a Senior Electrician ready to step up
- Strong commercial construction experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Good knowledge of Australian Standards and WHS requirements
- White Card and current NSW Drivers Licence
- A proactive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
