Rockmount is seeking a Field Service Supervisor to lead a 3‑person crew across Central Coast water treatment sites. You’ll be hands‑on, coordinate pump installations and repairs, and act as the company’s on‑site representative, liaising with client site supervisors and engineers.
You’ll plan and sequence daily work, ensure safety compliance, review reports, and mentor junior crew members while handling parts, logistics, and SWMS updates on site.
