GENERAL PRACTICE /CHRONIC DISEASE NURSE (RN) – PPT (Fridays)

The Role

Key responsibilities include chronic disease management, patient education, immunisations, triage, and wound care.

Day:Every Friday
Hours:8:30 am– 4:00 pm
Employment:Permanent Part-Time

There is also the opportunity to work additional days providing cover for annual leave or sick leave.

Criteria :

- Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills
- A compassionate,skilled, and patient-focused approach




- The ability towork independently whilebeing a valuedmember of ourteam
- Current working with Children Check
- Previous General Practicenursing experience (desirablebut not essential)
