About the Role:

Are you a proven manufacturing leader ready to drive operational excellence? As our Manufacturing Manager at Huntingwood, you’ll take ownership of production performance and lead strategic initiatives that enhance safety, quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness. This is your opportunity to shape the future of manufacturing at a company that values innovation, accountability and people.

What your days look like:

Lead daily line performance (Safety, Quality, OEE, Yield)

Coach & develop frontline leaders (60+ direct team)

Drive site safety culture & compliance initiatives

Identify & deliver CI and cost improvement projects

Partner with Quality, Safety & Ops on key priorities
