Podium is hiring a Customer Success Manager - SMB to be the main contact for our SMB clients, guiding onboarding and ongoing success. You will work with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance to address needs, mitigate churn, and improve retention.
Build multi-stakeholder relationships while balancing customer-centricity with solid multitasking and attention to detail. You will onboard multi-location clients, manage a portfolio for maximum product adoption, and collaborate with peers to ensure
