Renowned for delivering technically challenging projects, they specialise in Building Refurbishment, Defence Infrastructure, Facade Upgrades, Cladding Replacement, Concrete Remediation, Waterproofing, and Infrastructure Asset Management.
Due to continued project wins and sustained growth, they are seeking an experiencedProject Manager to join their Canberra team and take ownership of high-profile Cladding replacement, Defence building and building refurbishment projects.

The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the ACT Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple refurbishment and cladding replacement projects from commencement through to completion.
You will lead project teams while ensuring exceptional outcomes across:

- Safety
- Programme and delivery
- Financial performance
- Client satisfaction
- Quality assurance
- Subcontractor management
- Commercial outcomes

This role offers plenty of autonomy while being supported by an experienced operational team within a highly respected national business.

- Salary Package: $145,000 - $150,000 base salary (negotiable depending on experience) + Super + $14,000 Car Allowance.

About You

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:

- A minimum of 3 years' Australian experience as a Project Manager working Builder side (applications from client-side organisations, engineering consultancies, project management consultancies or small residential home builders will not be considered).
- Proven experience successfully delivering Defence Building, or Building Refurbishment, or Facade Upgrade, or Cladding Replacement or Remedial Building projects.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline.
- Robust knowledge of cladding replacement, or building refurbishment, or remedial building, or façade upgrades and or waterproofing works.
- Excellent commercial, financial and contractual management skills.
- The ability to confidently lead project teams and build strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
- A proactive, professional approach with a strong commitment to safety, quality, client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
