We currently have an opening in an Operations Support role based at the Acacia Ridge depot.

Reporting to the Depot Manager, this role will suit a focused individual who prides themselves on their accuracy, attention to detail and efficiency.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to;

Data entry and work flow development

Assist with the planning and scheduling of deliveries

Liaising with internal staff including drivers and Admin/Operations personnel

Assisting other team members and departments as required

The successful applicant will possess the following skills;

Demonstrated excellence in customer service

Excellent administrative abilities including Microsoft products

Ability to plan, prioritise and multi-task

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Reliable, flexible and team orientated

Experience in similar role within the transport industry will be advantageous
