About the Role

As an Internal Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers. Working closely with the external sales team, you'll help drive sales growth through proactive outbound activity, customer engagement, quoting, and pipeline management.

This is a phone-based, office-based role ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, enjoys working towards targets, and thrives in a cooperative team setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively identify, qualify and generate current business opportunities.
- Book qualified appointments for the Business Development team.
- Prepare customer quotes, proposals and sales documentation.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers through regular follow-up, upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain accurate customer records, pricing and product information within the CRM.
- Ensure audit reporting and sales administration are completed accurately and on time.
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Contribute to achieving team sales targets and business growth objectives.
